We currently do not accept change of mind returns. Exchanges, returns and refunds are only applicable if you have an incorrect, defective or damaged item or if an item is missing from your order.
They are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, with insert card. All packaging must be clean and in the condition, it was received in.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.
