Our BUKIT TIMAH scented candle
As a third culture kid, Gemma has spent most of her life in Asia. Now raising her family in Bukit Timah, Gemma loves the laidback life, neighbourhood bars and jungle hikes on her doorstop. To create the scent for Bukit Timah Gemma wanted to capture the earthy fragrances of the jungle, the scent of rain in a tropical storm, and the freshness of frangipani that line the streets of Bukit Timah.

The Scent
Embodying this, we have paired the warm, earthy fragrance of rainfall on a sticky afternoon and blended with the freshness of frangipani that lines the streets of Bukit Timah to create a candle that transports you to one of the only remaining pockets of natural rainforest left in Singapore.

About the scent
This scent embodies the grounded spirit of the forest after rain — the warmth of wet earth meeting the tropical bloom of frangipani and jasmine. Fresh, floral, and quietly sensual, it captures that calm, green energy that lingers long after a tropical storm has passed.
