Strait Lights x Mandai Orangutan Bracelet
Created in collaboration with Mandai Wildlife Group, our wildlife bracelets celebrate some of the remarkable species found across Mandai Wildlife Reserve, translating their colours, markings and stories into tiny wearable portraits.
The Orangutan Bracelet takes its colours from one of Southeast Asia’s most recognisable forest dwellers. Moving through the rainforest canopy with remarkable ease, orangutans are beautifully adapted to life among the trees, with long limbs and grasping hands and feet.
Warm, earthy shades echo their russet coat and the layered colours of the forest they call home, reinterpreted in Japanese glass and touches of gold.
A little portrait of life above the forest floor, and a reminder of the extraordinary worlds that exist within the treetops.
